Who counts as a user in OurPeople

A user is anyone who has access to the platform either via the mobile app or the manager console.

Is there a minimum number of users that can be ordered?

The minimum order is 20 users. We also round up to the nearest 5 users. So if you have 23 team members, OurPeople would charge for 25.

What happens if someone joins or leaves the Team?

When your account is created, we discuss your plans for growth and work out a user limit that is both fair and reasonable. Generally, we work on a “flat fee”. So if a small number of additional team members are added during the duration of the contract, we would happily include them free of charge.

How do you calculate prices for Enterprise customers?

For customers with 250 team members or more, we offer unique Enterprise rates. Please speak to our Sales team who will discuss your requirements and provide a quotation based on your business needs.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer free trials. Our Sales team will happily demonstrate / discuss the product as required.

Are there any add-on fees?

We charge an initial set up fee that provides access to a dedicated expert who will get your account up and running. Additional training can be purchased if required.

Do you offer discounts for Non Profit Organizations (NPOs)?
